The people who shape the built environment deserve tools worthy of the work.

Every road, building, site plan, utility layout, permit set, and field revision carries real weight. Behind every drawing are decisions that affect budgets, schedules, communities, safety, and trust.

Yet too often, the professionals doing this work rely on tools that feel slower than their thinking, heavier than their process, or disconnected from the way design actually happens.

Vellum was created to change that.

We are building a modern workspace where plans, drawings, annotations, measurements, and ideas come together with the speed of a sketch, the discipline of engineering, and the polish of a product people actually enjoy using.

Vellum is built for the moments when ideas need to move clearly: from markup to decision, from review comment to action, from early design thinking to finished documentation.
